- Bimkom is a group of Israeli planners and architects seeking to embody human rights in urban design.
- The Center for a Shared Society at Givat Haviva is an Israeli group bringing Israeli Jews and non-Jews together to promote mutual responsibility and equality.
- Children of Peace is a British charity which brings together Israeli and Palestinian children, aged 4-17, through sports and cultural projects. Children of Peace receives funding from the British government.
- The Dominic Simpson Memorial Trust works to advance education for communities in the Middle East, especially for disadvantaged girls and young women in the West Bank.
- EcoPeace, formerly Friends of the Earth Middle East(FOEME), embraces environmental activists from Israel, Palestine and Jordan. Their principal campaign has been to rehabilitate the River Jordan.
- The Interfaith Encounter Association promotes interfaith and cross-cultural dialogue between people of faith in the Middle East.
- Israel-Palestine: Creative Regional Initiatives (IPCRI), formerly known as the Israel/Palestine Centre for Research and Information,
combines research with peace-building actions and advocacy across Israel and Palestine promoting an end to the conflict.
- Jewish Voices for a Just Peace (JVJP) is a group of South African Jews aiming to facilitate dialogue between zionists and non-zionists.
- Middle East Justice and Development Initiatives ('Medji') is a Palestinian initiative to promote dialogue and economic cooperation between Israelis and Palestinians. One activity is to organise tours guided jointly by an Israeli and a Palestinian.
- Military Court Watch is an Israeli group seeking to protect the legal rights of Palestinian children.
- Neve Shalom - Wahad as-Salam ('Oasis of Peace') is a cooperative village jointly founded by Israeli Jews and 'Israeli Arabs' showing that the two communities can live together peacefully. The village contains a bilingual primary school and also the School for Peace which offers encounter programmes.
- One Voice is an international grassroots movement based in New York. It campaigns for a two-state solution to the conflict. Nominal "Partners" in the UK include the Conservative Party and the Labour Party.
- The Palestine-Israel Journal is a quarterly printed journal containing serious articles from both sides of the conflict. The Editorial Board contains equal numbers of Palestinians and Israelis.
- The Palestinian Centre for Rapprochement between People is linked to Bethlehem University and provides opportunities for volunteers to teach English and Music to Palestinians.
- The Parents Circle - Families Forum is a joint Palestinian/Israeli network of over 600 families each of whom has lost a close family member in the conflict. They believe that a sustainable peace treaty must involve reconciliation.
- Peace Child Israel uses drama and the arts to bring Israeli Jews and Arab students together in joint activities.
- Physicians for Human Rights is an Israeli group providing humanitarian aid including mobile clinics. They also work to promote human rights and ethical medical practice.
- Roots is a joint Palestinian/Israeli initiative based originally in the area around Bethlehem and the adjacent Israeli settlement of Guth Etzion in the West Bank. Local Palestinians and Israelis come together for dialogue and eventually mutual trust.
- Sadaka-Reut
educates and empowers Jewish and "Arab" youth within Israel to seek a shared society based on equality.
- Sea Days for Palestinian Children. A group of Israeli volunteers brings groups of children aged 4-15 from the West Bank to spend a day at the seaside.
- Seeds of Peace is an American organisation which brings together chosen teenagers and teachers from all sides in areas of conflict for mutual encounter at a camp in Maine.
- The Siraj Centre for Holy Land Studies promotes tourism in the West Bank, including home stays, pilgrimages, hiking and cycling.
- Taghyeer ("Change") is a Palestinian movement for nonviolence centered in Bethlehem and inspired by Ali Abu Awwad. It encourages dialogue with Israelis, including settlers.
- Tarabut-Hithabut is a movement for social and political change embracing both Israelis and Palestinians. It calls for increasing radicalisation in the mainstream Israeli peace movement.
- The Tent of Nations runs an organic farm 9km south-west of Bethlehem. It welcomes international volunteers and runs workcamps. Israeli authorities have threatened to confiscate the farmland.
- The Valley of Peace Initiative aims to link the Red Sea to the Dead Sea to provide clean water and hydro-electric power, and to rehabilitate the Dead Sea.
- The Villages Group is a group of (mainly) Israelis maintaining daily grass-roots contacts with Palestinian villagers in the Nablus area and in the South Hebron Hills.
- Yesh Din (Hebrew: "There is Law") is an Israeli group which promotes human rights by offering legal help to Palestinians in the West Bank.
