- Al Mezan is a Palestinian human rights organisation dealing mainly with violations in the Gaza Strip.
- The Alterative Information Center, based in West Jerusalem, publishes a weekly digest of news about the Occupation and its effects on Israeli and Palestinian society.
- The Association for Civil Rights in Israel (ACRI) is an Israeli group providing legal and academic assistance for Bedouins, refugees and oppressed minorities.
- Badil is a Palestinian information resource on refugees and internally displaced persons (IDPs).
- Boycott from Within is a group of Israelis and Palestinians who work mainly within Israel to support the Palestinian campaign for Boycott, Disinvestment and Sanctions ("BDS").
- Breaking the Silence publishes eye-witness accounts by Israeli soldiers who have served in the West Bank or in the attacks on Gaza. They also lead tours in Hebron and in the South Hebron Hills.
- B'Tselem (Hebrew 'in the image of') is an Israeli group defending human rights under Occupation. B'Tselem has distributed over 200 cameras to Palestinian families in danger; they promote accountability and provide information for advocacy.
- The Coalition of Women for Peace is a group of Israeli women campaigning for an end to the Occupation.
- Combatants for Peace is an organisation of Israeli and Palestinian ex-service veterans who now work together for an end to the conflict.
- Commanders for Israel's Security is a group of retired senior Israeli officers who now advocate non-military initiatives.
- Courage to Refuse was a group of Israeli soldiers and reservists who refused to serve in the Occupied Territories. They have been followed by a steady stream of refuseniks.
- EcoPeace, formerly Friends of the Earth Middle East(FOEME), embraces environmental activists from Israel, Palestine and Jordan. Their principal campaign has been to rehabilitate the River Jordan.
- Gisha is an Israeli human rights group protecting the free movement of Palestinians, especially Gazans.
- Gush Shalom (Hebrew 'Peace Bloc') is a radical Israeli peace campaign urging a peaceful settlement with the Palestinians and an end to the Occupation. Its best-known member is Uri Avnery, now in his nineties.
- Hadash - Democratic Front for Peace and Equality is a radical socialist political party embracing Palestinians and (a few) Israelis. It was established by the Israeli Communist Party, and demands the demilitarisation of Israel and the whole Middle East.
- HaMoked, based in Israel, provides advice and legal assistance for Palestinians living under the Occupation.
- The Holy Land Trust is a Palestinian group based in Bethlehem and inspired by Sami Awad. It promotes nonviolent resistance to oppression.
- Ir Amim (Hebrew 'City of Peoples') is an Israeli group which promotes equitable social and planning policies in and around Jerusalem.
- The Israeli Committee Against House Demolitions (ICAHD) is a nonviolent direct action group mainly concerned with resisting the Israeli demolition of Palestinian dwellings under Occupation.
- The Ma'an News Agency (MNA) provides news from the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. It is part of the Ma'an Network which includes local TV and radio stations.
- MachsomWatch is a group of volunteer Israeli women who support the right of Palestinians to travel freely. They monitor Israeli checkpoints ('machsoms') in the West Bank, offering assistance when possible.
- The Negev Coexistence Forum promotes joint Israeli/Palestinian initiatives in defence of the human rights of Bedouin in the Negev Desert.
- New Profile is an Israeli group, largely feminist, resisting the steady militarisation of Israeli society.
- Occupation Magazine is an Israeli online magazine, campaigning against the Occupation.
- The Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR) is a legal body protecting human rights and the rule of law, mainly in the Gaza Strip.
- The Palestinian Non-Governmental Organisations Network is an umbrella for civil society groups in Gaza and the West Bank.
- Peace Now is the oldest and largest of the Israeli peace groups. It supports the Two State Solution, and opposes the boycott of Israeli goods. Its settlement watch project reports the spread of Israeli settlements in the West Bank.
- Physicians for Human Rights - Israel is a group of Israeli health and welfare professionals who provide care to Palestinians, migrants and refugees in Israel, Gaza and the West Bank without regard to race or creed.
- The Public Committee against Torture in Israel (PCATI) works to protect prisoners against torture and ill-treatment by the Israeli Police, the Prison Service and the Israeli armed forces.
- Rabbis for Human Rights are an Israeli group expressing the traditional Jewish concern for the oppressed. They are best known for defending Bedouin and for helping farmers in the West Bank to harvest their crops while threatened by Israeli soldiers or settlers.
- The Shministim are Israeli school-leavers who refuse conscription into the Israeli armed forces. Thet face repeated terms of imprisonment.
- Ta'ayush (Arabic for 'living together') is an organisation in which Israelis work with Palestinians to end the Occupation and to achieve civil equality through nonviolent direct action in solidarity.
- Who Profits? is a research centre dedicated to exposing the commercial involvement of Israeli and international companies in the Occupation. Its main focus is on settlement construction, economic exploitation and controls over movement.
- Women in Black hold public vigils, with signs saying STOP THE OCCUPATION, in Jerusalem and several other Israeli cities every Friday from 1 to 2pm.
- The Women's Centre for Legal Aid and Counselling (WCLAC) addresses the causes and consequences of gender-based violence within Palestinian society and also of the Israeli Occupation.
- The Women's Organisation for Political Prisoners supports Palestinian women political prisoners in Israeli prisons who have struggled, or are accused of having struggled, against the Occupation.
- Workers Advice Centre (WAC-MAAN) acts as a trade union and advice centre for both Israelis and Palestinians. It is noted for operating in East Jerusalem and the West Bank.
- Yesh Gvul (Hebrew 'There is a limit') offers advice and support to Israeli soldiers and reservists who cannot in good conscience obey an unjust military order.
- Youth Against Settlements is a Palestinian nonviolent direct action group based in Hebron. It aims to remove Israeli settlements and to end the Occupation.
- Zochrot ("Remembering") is an Israeli group keeping alive the memory of the Nakba and the hope of return for Palestinian refugees.
